GORUCK Cadre will lead a classic rucking weekend through a series of events through the San Francisco.
Cadre will lead the 12 Miler – Guided Ruck at a 20-minute-mile pace. Please be prepared to ruck at 3 mph for the duration of the 12 miles. You may use any weight that allows you to maintain this pace.
