Description
1/8th ounce jig head for use with Big Hammer 2″ swimbaits and grubs. Tie directly to your main line and check often for fraying. Place swimbait on hook by inserting the sharp end of the hook into the middle of the body and out the flat side (see below).
Fish the 2″ swimbait in bays, harbors and along the open beach (especially near rocks). Cast out and allow jig to make it to the bottom. Bounce it along the bottom and hang on. Great for halibut, sand bass, calico bass, spotted bay bass, barred surfperch and the occasional corbina.
